Delivery & Collection Terms

Delivery Fees
– Local customers: $5.50 delivery fee
– Non-local customers: $8.50 delivery fee

Item Availability
– In-stock items: Will be dispatched promptly
– Made-to-order items: Please allow up to 2 weeks for production

Order Options
– Pick up from our merchandise stand/Rainbow Creative (no delivery fee)
– Home delivery (fees apply as above)

For orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items, we’ll contact you to discuss your preferred delivery arrangement.
